If both the Ibex team and your organizations leadership decide that will be a sound strategy then yes

Technically yes, but the Ibex team will be making sure no Tier 3 foundations are missed if we were to start in Tier 2 or Tier 1

Tier 2 is a 6-month structure, but delivered on a month to month level with the option to discontinue if you are dissatisfied (we’re confident you won’t be). Tier 1 is more similar to discontinuing with an employee. Contact our team for more information.
